Expressions: • Reduce DANGER from travel in defined contexts (Section 3: d10 DANGER; travel scenes in Sections 13–14)
• Reveal shelter-relevant Location Tags early (Section 15.2–15.3)
• Once per Cycle, delay a phase advance by 1 trigger (Section 14.3) (only if fiction supports it)
